I have had several jobs preformed by jimmy and his crew. I have not found a better plumber in Ozark! Sanders attention to detail goes above and beyond . I have always gotten the great service and most of all a quality job done by this small town company.
B.G. I had a switch replaced that took 15 minutes to complete. I was charged 115.00, which comes out to 10.00 per minute. Very unprofessional.
Sanders came to give an estimate and to electrical work. He quoted a price and told us that would be on the high end but he would try and keep the price down if possible. The technicians came out and were very nice and efficient. I had been told it would take the majority of the day to complete. So I asked for an invoice so justify the expenses.(since it only took two hours instead of the entire day). When I received a call back it was not a pleasant tone.
