Order items off Macy website on February 20th haven’t received items or refund.Still working on that just shows post office information in New York. I live in Pennsylvania. Never again
My mattress arrived with a slight tear in the cover. I contacted customer service and they offered to send me a mattress cover or mattress topper. Hasnain was amazing and handled my issue quickly and professionally. And we absolutely love the mattress!!!
