My mattress arrived with a slight tear in the cover. I contacted customer service and they offered to send me a mattress cover or mattress topper. Hasnain was amazing and handled my issue quickly and professionally. And we absolutely love the mattress!!!

Ordered products via Macy's website. Was informed that my order was "processing" for 4 DAYS and couldnt be cancelled!!!! If an order is processing for 4 days, apparently there is an issue! I received an "update" from the shipper that the order would not arrive until December 22nd which is 2 WEEKS LATER!!!!!!!!!!! Make this make sense to me!!!!!
