Excellent customer service! I had only part of an order I received delivered. They were able to identify an issue and resolve it quickly.
Excellent customer service! When I reached out about an issue, they were quick to respond and made things right.
Hasnain helped me get my order corrected in less than an hour of my email to customer service when it was apparent my package had been damaged and two items were missing. Thanks for your help!
I ordered two gravity chairs that never arrived. I contacted the company and they were very quick and efficient in providing me a replacement. It's wonderful to have a company take care of issues without 10 different steps. Would buy from them again and highly recommend. Minhal and Hasnain were excellent.
