John got us the perfect window for our project. I highly recommend the Saunders Company for any window or door needs. Looking forward to working with them again.
In 50 years as a homeowner, I've never experienced this kind of poor customer service. The company knew that I would be making a round trip from out of the country only for the purposed of supervising the installation of a replacement window.
