Had a 2 o'clock appointment. Got there at 1:45 which was 15 minutes early no on there. Called and was told be there in 15 to 20 due to late lunch. 2:35 no one still there. Called again and told be there is 15 to 20 minutes. 3 other people came back looking for person as they had 1 and 2 o'clock appointments. Not a good look for 1st time customer so I just left. Hopefully time management and customer relations will improve or maybe just a bad day.
