Zabih was very pleasant and was quick to determine the problem; which, required parts that were not immediately available in Colo. After varifying the parts that were needed, he called the office and got them ordered, and said he'd probably be the one to come back and install them in a few days after the company received them. Again. the young man was very pleasant to talk to, and he explained what was happening.
Great experience all around, from dispatcher, appointment setter, to service tech service Gage. all 5 STAR.
Gage was good at explaining the problem and recommending a solution.
