First time using this firm. Technicians were competent and friendly, but HVAC service was lacking and plumbing quotes high. The HVAC technician never cleaned the condenser, didn’t replace the filter, and the thermostat which had been acting up, is still acting up. He said those things weren’t included. I had a second appointment the same day to quote replacing a toilet and reconfiguring a washer dryer station for a different condo which is being remodeled. The plumber was very nice but the estimates were on the high side.

Sanders and Johnson did an outstanding job installing my new AC unit. They were on time, kept all working areas very clean and answered all of my questions, and the system is running perfectly. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!"
