I guess I’ll start with the buying process. Overall, it was fairly simple, although it did take some time getting all of the paperwork together and providing everything the loan company asked for. Moved in about a month ago and so far so good. It’s a QUIET neighborhood (definite plus) Maddie was wonderful during the whole process of getting our “new to us “ home, an easy decision for anyone buying a family home for a reasonable price in a quaint family setting! Property is within breathing distance of cow pastures and country living while retaining a family residential feel! Love having a place for my boys to grow!!
We lived at sandell for many years and have had the best experience there. Mattie has always been so helpful and treated us so well, as well as the maintenance men doug and Rudy. Anytime we needed anything done or fixed it was done so in a timely manner with nothing but politeness. We move on with nothing but great experiences and gratefulness for the time spent there.
