I guess I’ll start with the buying process. Overall, it was fairly simple, although it did take some time getting all of the paperwork together and providing everything the loan company asked for. Still, the process went smoothly and everything was explained well along the way. The neighborhood itself is very quiet, which was something extremely important to me and my family. Moved in about a month ago and so far so good. It’s a QUIET neighborhood (definite plus) Maddie was wonderful during the whole process of getting our “new to us “ home, an easy decision for anyone buying a family home for a reasonable price in a quaint family setting! Property is within breathing distance of cow pastures and country living while retaining a family residential feel! Love having a place for my boys to grow!!
