Well I was hoping to order but never got a response? Now, I have to just rethink my plans for making someone's day special. After reading that 1 bad review I thought well that was just their experience....but, here we are. Maybe they are just too busy or has enough customers they don't need my business? Anyway, I'm sure this will get a response just wish my order was just as important as trying to defend a bad review.
I called Sandee’s Sweets from Virginia, needing TAMU Ring Day cookies. I ordered from two well known bakers in Bryan/College Station because I wanted to see who I would use for graduation. It wasn’t even close! Sandee’s Sweets, custom cookies, were on another level with creativity, colors, design, taste and packaging. Sandee OVERDELIVERS in customer service and quality. The cookies were perfectly delicious and beautiful! I called around on one of the busiest cookie weeks in College Station, and she opened a spot for me among her already booked schedule! Can’t thank you enough Sandee!
Sandee is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. You can tell that she truly loves what she does! She made us our wedding cake, which was lemon and white satin. It was absolutely delicious and we could not have been happier with the whole process. She was a wonderful communicator from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make us a stunning cake and make our wedding day so special. I strongly recommend Sandee's Sweets, she is the absolute best!
My review isn't in regards to the actual products but the overall customer service provided during my search for a custom cupcake delivery. I called the number and received a message to text sandee as she was unable to be reached by phone at that time. Though I opted for another bakery that allowed more customization for the cupcakes, Sandee was SO polite and helpful! I would have gone with this bakery just based on how quick and professional she was if I had needed something a bit more simple.
