This place is HORRIBLY bad at answering calls. You have customers who need their medicine and can die without it and they just do not answer calls ever, they don’t give calls back, they hang up while you’re on hold for hours. SO BAD.
After trying for two weeks to schedule an appointment as a new patient, I was told I needed to call my insurance company to obtain a referral authorization number. Typically, this information is either available online or the provider’s office handles the call, but in this case, I had to do it myself. When I called back with the authorization number, the first thing they asked was what kind of insurance I had. I am very pleased with Dr. Sodhi’s care and his staff, Anna and Gabby! I have been seeing Dr. Sodhi for about 2 years now. As a Medi-Cal patient with Type 1 Diabetes and Hashimoto’s, it can be difficult to find quality care. I’m so grateful to have found that care with New Age Endocrinology. Dr Sodhi is fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve achieved with his help! It’s easy to make appointments and his office is very helpful and accommodating when needed. I just had my latest appointment with Dr. Sodhi and I’m half the person I was when I started seeing him! When I look at the weight I’ve lost and the reduction in my A1C, I couldn’t be happier or healthier! All thanks to Dr. Sodhi!
