Doc is awesome but the PA I have been seeing for almost two years is completely incompent along with her assistant have called about results about testing and usually takes around two weeks to get back horrible experience

Dr. Ravi was very kind and very thorough. He took the time to get to know me and to assess my health.
Extremely courteous, spends as much time as needed and makes sure you understand the plan.
I have always recommended UVA and will continue to do so.

She was on her way to become a great DR, until she wouldn't listen to my health problem, I had to go to the ER to get help, as soon as the ER results were posted on MyChart & I was listed in serious condition, I got a letter of dismissal from her within 2 days! Policy there is all your Drs then associated with her practice HAS to dismiss you too! It has left me with no meds, and still no primary care DR. It takes MONTHS to get a new patient appt, then you've got to find one who can meet your needs.
Dismissive. Told me to “live with it”. I will go out of my way to never let him look at me again. Needs a review from his parent company. Bedside manner is boorish.
