HE LIED ON MY CHART. He claimed he spent 40 minutes with me when it was less than 10. He wrote he examined me, he did not. He wrote that he discussed all options with me including nutrition. A very bold lie. He was Very short, indifferent and seemed mad at me for no reason I could understand. I have great doctors at this facility and this is the first time I've felt really uncomfortable.
