Dr. Chennadi and staff were all very nice however l was shocked to find i had been referred to.an out of network company.for a sleep study. When the provider contacted me I had no reason to think they were out of network until I received a bill.for $250. When I called my insurance company, I found the only action I had possible was to file a grievance after i.psid the $250. Not sure who or why this happened but certainly colored my opinion.
