Sandcastle LLC is a great company! I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback from many different communities that have worked with them directly. Just a quick note: the negative reviews right below mine from Robert and Catherine Novy (also referred to as Bob and Karen) appear to be written purely out of spite. .REALTORS- BEWARE! This has been the WORST title company/closing experience ever! Sebastian's assistant, Andrea told me I was "wasting her time" because I asked her a question in regards to proceeds being disbursed. You are working for us and the Seller/Buyer! What a joke! The file was supposed to close on Friday but Sebastian's team told us Friday they were not closing until Monday! So unprofessional and I would never wish this service on anyone!
