I've been a member for a little over a year and absolutely love it. Maria is the best trainer and I love all the options there: racquetball, women's only gym, infrared saunas, group fitness classes, yoga, tanning bed, etc. Update: I have been taking personal training with Karan since early July and focusing on a few key areas 1) abs & glutes 2) self defence 3) boxing for the purpose of multi-sport training, athleticism, fitness, cardio and defence I have seen all three areas excel in a short amount of time. I started going to this gym just before Covid. I was using two gyms. Steve Nash and Sand Castle After Covid when Steve Nash declared bankruptcy and became Fitness World they increased their prices like crazy so I started going to this gym solely. The gym is clean, well maintained and the staff are super friendly. The biweekly dues are very reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend a visit to Sand Castle and talk to the staff.
