Shame on you for not offering those immigrants a place to stay. Instead you had them forced out within 24 hours. So much for your whole stance about standing with immigrants.
Plenty of communication, which is what is needed in summer rentals. Everything was as advertised, no 'gotcha' problems.
Excellent service. Loved that my keys were mailed to me prior to arriving and drop off was easy. House was as advertised and super clean. Definitely using Sandcastle again for 2021.

Don't try and book a last minute vacation with this agency. My wife has been trying to book a place on Vineyard for over a week and no one returns calls. They only have an answering service that then needs to contact the agent to contact the customer. WHAT????? The time it takes for someone to respond to an email is even more ridiculous. I inquired about a property on Chappy over a week ago and I finally got a response from the owner (a week later ) saying that she isn't sure if the place is rented or not .HUH???
