I had my inground pool liner replaced, and the result was beautiful! Jason was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and did an amazing job. He repaired my light, fixed a mess of a skimmer box from the previous owner, fixed the bottom drain, and gave great advice going forward for a long lasting liner! His staff was friendly and professional, made quick work of all the cleanup. I couldn’t be happier!
I highly recommend Sandcastle Pools, Inc ., if your are looking to replace your inground vinyl pool liner. They are very professional, honest and did an excellent job in a timely manner.
Wish there was a negative 5 stars I could rate Jason on!!! And I wish I had read these reviews before contracting him!! So unprofessional, unresponsive, like others mentioned multiple excuses on delays. Pool is only 2 years old on concrete is falling off of several areas. When the pool switch was installed, it was placed on the other side of the house so we have to go outside first to turn the switch on, then we order a white light for the pool and he decided on his own to install a multi colored light to make up for "all th... read more
"Jason" is horrible to work with, he is unprofessional, has a thousand excuses on why he can't complete the work, There's a reason he takes such a large deposit upfront. Working with him has been the biggest headache of our lives. His excuse is we need a pump when he came and picked it up to return a day and half before the rental was due he makes zero sense- Please save yourself the stress and do not hire him.
Pool liner was installed Nov 2024 It's now April 2025 and the pool liner is pulling away fromall 4 corners! It's barely 5 months since install.We haven't even been in the pool yet. Called Jason multiple times this week. He never responded. Do not go with this company!! This company only warranty install on pool for 30 days!
