Best manage Condo community in Marco Island.
So i want to start by saying I love sandcastle 2 buttttttt the only thing I wish they would change is Donna. She’s very rude I called her on the phone once for a simple request and didn’t want to help at all it was as simple as a quick email but she replied saying she had sent it already. After that this has been a nightmare every time we interact. I just wish they had someone better with the public like Tim he’s very pleasant and helpful. I love Tim !!!!!
Best condo In Marco for sure
I have found every experience with support staff from Sandcastle CM it is very positive and productive. My first visit to the office was once again impressive. Every staff member we met greeted us promptly asking how they could help. We came to review some documents. Dori escorted us to the storage area and made sure we were comfortable. Her pleasant manner helped make the tedious job of reviewing records much better. Our thanks to Dori.
Once again, I want to express my appreciation for Stacie Stanton. She is always helpful and pleasant. Most of all I appreciate that she responds quickly and follows through on what is requested.
