Do not hire Kenneth Wallace. If you do you will regret. It was our biggest mistake, one which we have to live with for the rest of our lives. We hired Kenny from SandCastle Coastal Homes aka SandCastle Ventures Inc to build our house. Charged contractor prices but hired poorly skilled handymen workers from Craiglist. When each job is completed he wants to be paid ASAP even before inspection or he will threaten to walk out on the job.
