The residents pay a lot of money for hoa ( 700+) and that doesn't include ANY yard care (the land is park owned property, yet they will be quick to tell you to clean up their yard and tell you it's your responsibility to do it!) They really take advantage of the elderly! Spring notices just went out that if yards are not cleaned they will give out fines (keep in mind NO resident owns the land, it belongs to crooked Legacy). They put gigantic speed bumps on the main roads and all that does is slow lifesaving first responders down when trying to get thru the park. I've lived here for over 4 years now and like it better every day. It's a great place to live and play AND we have a real castle! Sandcastle Mobile Home Park is a wonderful place to spend your retirement years.
