The residents pay a lot of money for hoa ( 700+) and that doesn't include ANY yard care (the land is park owned property, yet they will be quick to tell you to clean up their yard and tell you it's your responsibility to do it!) They really take advantage of the elderly! Spring notices just went out that if yards are not cleaned they will give out fines (keep in mind NO resident owns the land, it belongs to crooked Legacy).
