We initially left a negative review due to a misunderstanding and miscommunication regarding our concerns. However, after speaking with the warranty manager, our issue was clearly understood and handled professionally. Think twice before you buy any weak builds. Now i see the reason why a lot of unsold inventories are there in the community. When you reachout to warranty team they will try to intimidate you and will tell multiple reasons (day 1 reason is different from day 3 reason) if you ask them why “they dont have any concrete answers and will reply us possible reasons and will blame home owners for that” Again, check all the reviews in other sites as well before buying this david weak build home. I am so happy we bought David Weekly home in Sanbrock Ranch. Our experience with everyone is fantastic. The sales lady is Suzanne, a super nice lady. David Weekly home is so beautiful and well designed inside and outside. When our house reached 1 year warranty we had a professional inspector did inspection report and DW fixed every tiny issues found. My brand-new home came with creaking LVP floors that sound like they’ve been stomped on for years—and we’re talking day one.
