We are very pleased to have recently been recommended to Dr. Bissel and staff. Our first visit required a lot of extra attention and an action plan for our 14 month old female GSD, after a preventable illness/ disease. The genuine concern and compassion was greatly appreciated. We look forward to having them care for her needs as well as her 6 month old sisters veterinary needs! Very refreshing to know our K9 family members are in good hands now!!
They were great til they weren’t. Have used them for vet service, boarding and grooming regularly for 2 dogs. We have a lab with allergies who gets regular ear infections. We are away and have a teen staying with him. They denied and canceled an order for the same medication he has been given for every ear infection he has ever had and said they won’t approve it without a visit. Doctor won’t get on the phone. Our nine year old Frenchie had a debilitating allergy problem throughout her life. Sand ridge was the fifth vet we took her to. After one visit their recommendations relieved her problems and she’s acting like a puppy again!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t thank everyone at Sandbridge enough for how they treated me and my soul dog yesterday. Saying goodbye was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, and everyone there was so incredibly kind, understanding, and compassionate. They walked me through everything and, most importantly, they let me have the time I needed. I never once felt rushed or like I needed to hurry. I have taken my puppy and my senior dog here and had excellent service very knowledgeable and friendly staff always have appointments available and are willing to get you in if you need to be seen
