I have only used the veterinarian part of Sandbridge a few times so this review is about the grooming part. We found Shirlyn by accident at Sandbridge and so HAPPY we did. We have two poodles and we have no preference for styles, so we tell Shirlyn to have fun and be creative. The results have been nothing short of amazing! This will be my second time going to Sandbridge, and they’ve already been incredibly accommodating with an emergency situation. Everyone I spoke with on the phone today was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely empathetic. They made the entire process easy and reassuring. Excellent service and communication!
Five stars for the incredible front desk team! Walking into a vet clinic can sometimes be stressful, but Yori and Emily completely changed the vibe. They were so nice and greeted me with the warmest welcome right in the lobby. Exceptional customer service makes all the difference, and these two absolutely nail it! Sandbridge Veterinary Center, you've got some of the best working there!
Cannot recommend Sandbridge and Dr. Bissell enough! Whenever we bring our mini dachshund, (very high strung) the entire staff is always incredibly helpful, attentive and caring and we never feel rushed with Dr. Bissell. On two occasions they were able to see us on very short notice right as they were closing for the day. Most recently, we were a little concerned about a dental cleaning given our dog is so high strung but Dr. Bissell and the entire team put us at ease and made accommodations so the entire process was as smoot... read more
