Dr Bissel is who makes this practice!! I have 2 French bulldogs and really appreciate his approach, he combines functional and western medicine. However, some of the other vets don’t share the same knowledge or unfortunately I have felt try to up charge services that aren’t necessary. Regardless, I don’t think you can do any better then dr bissel!!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sandbridge Vet! We have a 115-pound Cane Corso who has always had to be sedated at other veterinary offices because of how anxious she gets. The team at Sandbridge took the time to let her get comfortable at her own pace, and for the first time, she was able to be examined without sedation. Awesome place, from the vet to the techs, our puppies are well cared for here. Everything is thoroughly explained and they keep our dogs healthy.
We had an appointment to take our frenchie in due to a skin issue. We previously went to a vet in St Johns that misdiagnosed the issue and grossly overcharged us. We found this Veterinarian and what a difference! From the cleanliness to the friendly staff and then the genuine care that the Veterinarian provided was amazing. This will be our local Veterinarian clinic now. Dr Bissell and his wife are fantastic and run a very professional clinic!!!
Dr. B and his team are the most caring veterinarians around. We have been taking our Pups Sparky, Rocky and now Dave to him and when our dog Sparky, who is 15 years old, unfortunately passed away, him and his wife were incredibly caring. This is the best veterinarian. Thank you to his office staff who is the best.
