The cooking utensils were in a putrid condition and clearly not properly cleaned. The electric cooking appliances did not work, which made it very difficult to prepare meals during our stay. Overall, it was extremely disappointing. The photos on the website were nothing like the unit we were given, which felt misleading. We expected a much higher standard based on the advertising.
This place is definitely not luxurious. The only thing you’re paying for here is proximity to the beach. Everything else is just worn down, grotty and very sad. Definitely don’t use the lounge cushions. They’re filthy!
Beds are super uncomfortable it feels like sleeping on the floor. Worst sleep I’ve ever had especially for a place advertised as “luxury”. It’s not luxury at all. Very misleading. Aircon is super mouldy and stinks. no proper blankets provided for the beds. Would never stay here again. I’ve stayed in 100’s of hotels and motels around Aus and the world and this by far had to be the worst one.
Breathtaking views, friendly staff and amazing service.
