Last night I attended a Grief Meditation led by Nilda Martin, Marissa Bertoli and Sarah Shea at Sandbarre. I am so grateful for this community that the owners, Marissa Bertoli and Sarah Shea have created. They take extra care in cleaning and decorating their space and every time I attend a class or workshop, I feel like I am visiting a great Barre class somewhere on vacation. Sandbarre has not only helped me become physically stronger, but also mentally. I’ve transformed my body while having fun working out. The community there is super friendly and welcoming. Compared to other barre studios around the south shore, sandbarre definitely is the best by far!
I love this studio. You can feel the care and attention the owners and teachers put into everything; the details of the decor are beautiful, the classes are well-structured, the music is awesome, and everyone leaves feeling so good. Highly recommend whether you're a Barre beginner or experienced!
