Daniel was my server. He was absolutely horrific. Was talking about very personal things in front of my children & rolled his eyes in front of me twice. Awful & horrific service.

Aweful experience! I expected more from a restaurant located at the Gaylord Resort. We waited about 20 min for a server to come over and take our order. He took our cards at the beginning of service before we received our food (in retrospect that should have been our first red flag). After our order was in, it took another 20 min before we decided to walk up to the bar to ask for our drinks (remember, we ordered 20 min prior) just for them to tell us we need to order them first, hmm, yep did that 20 min ago which is why we a... read more

We were disappointed they closed so early (6pm). We had a long day of meetings and just wanted to stay on property. Chris was great and did not make us feel rushed...just wanted to have a cold beer and a snack. Thank you Chris (above and beyond customer service).

We had snacks delivered at our table while we enjoyed the Waterpark. Someone walks around and takes orders. We ordered the pretzels and the lemon hummus with pita and vegetables. They were both fresh and very good. They automatically add an 18% gratuity to your bill. We ordered the hummus 2 days as we really enjoyed it.

My server was Sam, and he did an okay job. He wasn’t attentive and didn’t check on us he instead flirted with the staff and etc. My wife and I will not be staying here ever again.
