Do not feel safe here. A man harassed us and then physically pushed us off a table, and somehow we were the ones kicked out. Staff completely failed to handle the situation and protected the wrong person. Really disappointing and honestly concerning.
this is the best dive bar in Lawrence always have a great time you never know what's going to happen ku band show up and play wedding party's you name it people love this place everyone is friendly and the staff is amazing its a great place to go to unwind relax and enjoy some drinks with friends and family

Sandbar is a great place to go out for a party. It's wild and loud and fun!
Popcorn is great and the atmosphere is great also. Can't forget great service from the bartenders they have hats off to them..
