One of the best places on the island. Building and condo's are immaculately maintained and the location is unbeatable. Love the live band music from Pinchers next door... Usually 4 nights a week from 6-9pm. Been coming here for years.....
Best property on the beach. Well maintained with open walkways to each condo, all condos oceanfront views. Does not have the hotel or apartment feeling. Walkways provide unobstructed views of the gulf, bay and island. Large condos individually owned. With minimum 30 day stay, property is not busy with big turnovers. Excellent location on south end of island. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and CVS. These Condos are still a great value at less than $1 million.
