I been here for 2 weeks now and one more 1 week left and I have been experiencing HATE, RACISM, DISCRIMINATE, RETALIATION, HARASSMENT, AND THREAT from upper management and some of the staffs for try to help the elderly who can't defend themselves. They are here for us, we are not here for them. I been kind and generous to the stuffs and residents at the Rehabilitation Center at SANDALWOOD and what did I get in return? First time ever I've had a parent need any kind of short term rehabilitation. From admissions through the entire under two weeks stay there-all staff was wonderful! The nurses, PT, nursing assistants were great! Smiles on their faces and making what could've been a very tense experience - much easier to be in.
Sandalwood is a great place for your loved ones! You can tell that all the staff truly care about the residents, from the CNAs to the Dietary staff to Administration. The building is well-kept, boasts a friendly environment, and you can tell the residents enjoy calling it home. I would highly recommend Sandalwood to anyone looking for short term rehab or long term care.
Sandalwood is a beautiful facility with caring and dedicated staff that go above and beyond in the care they provide to their residents. I would absolutely entrust another one of my family members to their care.
Visited this Rehab Facility and was very impressed! The nurses were extremely helpful and attentive. The building was so beautiful!
