I was there about four months ago. Cause I had to Go. And luckily I could handle a lot of the pair myself even though I wasn’t supposed to eventually I got myself to the bathroom by myself which I wasn’t supposed to but after sitting an hour in the chair waiting I went to the bathroom. Would not recommend. Short staffed and full of agency. Nursing management is horrible specifically Long Term. Residents are not heard and are dissmised. Please look into different facility or if applicable home health.
I like how housekeeping is always cleaning and I see some great nurses and cnas. The rehab section is decorated nicely. Plenty of exercise rooms and pts. I wish the old owner didn’t sell but overall it’s still good. Food is pretty decent as well.
I would never ever send my dog here. Horrible upper management and they do not even care about their residents. Upper management refuses to help on the floor even thou they are short about 6 or more aides on the floor.
I been here for 2 weeks now and one more 1 week left and I have been experiencing HATE, RACISM, DISCRIMINATE, RETALIATION, HARASSMENT, AND THREAT from upper management and some of the staffs for try to help the elderly who can't defend themselves. They are here for us, we are not here for them. I been kind and generous to the stuffs and residents at the Rehabilitation Center at SANDALWOOD and what did I get in return?
