Adriene, the Dental Hygienist was very helpful with my anxiety. She also explained everything to me. It’s the first time a dental office explained everything to me.
BEST dental experience ever, every visit!! The atmosphere, the employees, never have to wait more than a couple minutes, friendly, so clean the whole experience is great! Keke my girl! She’s great & always keeps you laughing! Just a genuine nice person! ☺️
UPDATED: Yeah, they're so thankful for the feedback and committed to reviewing with the team to improve their service that they cancelled my daughter's next appointment rather than call me and apologize for the mis-diagnosis and offer to make it right. Obviously, I don't care about not going back other than the fact that our insurance only allows so many x-rays and exams per 12 month period and I have yet to find a dentist that is willing to use someone else's x-rays or exam notes, so now I either have to pay out of pocket t... read more
