Excellent service from Jay and the team throughout.
Bought my car this week from this dealership and had the best experience ever! All of the staff we met from the reception staff, sales executives and management were amazing. I recently purchased an approved used BMW from the team at Sandal BMW Wakefield. The service received from Ryan Cooper (Sales Executive) and Tony Hunt (Retail Manager) was first class. Ryan was on hand throughout the purchase process and also conducted the handover :-) Would highly recommend the team at Sandal if your looking to purchase a new or used BMW.
Went to take my car in for a brake fluid service on Friday and the receptionist lady was very rude and spoke to me like I was dirt at the bottom of a shoe - yes I was late to my appt but thats no way to speak to anyone! And to top it off because I didn’t want to spend £260 on 1 tyre change they didnt wash my car. Very disappointing service. Would not come here again - would rather go Leeds.
Got new 1 series 75 plate. Jack was great from start to end. Very good customer service from Jack and his team at Sandal BMW. The handover was great. I highly recommend Jack and Sandal BMW. 10/10
