My car has been in the garage for a DPF sensor issue, which is a manufacturing fault. It has been sent to BMW goodwill. It’s been there for 10 days with no updates. I was put on hold for 31 minutes, and after that, I made another call and waited 10 minutes. I wasted 40 minutes after spending 40k on the car. I spoke to Adam, the manager, and he said he will look into it and get back to me, as he just returned from holiday. Adam seems like a decent guy; let's see what he comes back with.
Just picked up my 1 series BMW, 5 star review, Jack was very helpful right through the process of buying my car, it was the best experience I have had in all the years of buying cars and I recommend Jack and the team at Sandal Wakefield, when buying a BMW. thank you.

Last year I needed a software update to the EMF to fix my electronic handbrake on my Z4 and got a quote by calling the 3 main BMW dealerships in my area: - Sandal phoned me back within 1 hour saying they would charge the hourly rate or part thereof at £167/hr inc VAT and expected it to take about 1 hour - Sytner phoned me back after 3 hours and quoted me a fixed price of £315 for the job doing. - Stratstone did not have a phone number anywhere on their website for some reason at that time, so I had to fill a form in online w... read more
Always driven BMW and shopped at Sandal for years. In 2021 we bought a top spec 135i but in 2022 our needs changed and a bigger car was required so we came to look at an X3. The “available” salesman wouldn’t assist as “our” sales person was with another customer. Waited an hour to speak to the only person who could apparently serve us whilst other sales staff wandered around unoccupied and then left.
