Amazing service from Jack at Sandal. I’m delighted with my M135i Xdrive, which I traveled from Bristol to pick up after buying remotely. Jack was honest and professional throughout; even after collecting he sorted out some minor snags for me very quickly.

My husband and I phoned to enquire about an X2 which we saw online, I spoke to Jay when I made the original contact and after a lot of discussions as we live in Scotland we agreed a deal and I paid a deposit and arranged to collect the car a week later. Excellent experience from Jay and the team at Sandal Wakefield. Had been looking for a new car for over a year, and having dealt with many poor experiences this was a breath of fresh air. Any issues were dealt with professionally and the handover experience was very special. When the time comes for a new car again, I would happily travel down from Scotland again to collect! Highly recommend!
