Fab purchase of my new MINI. Fran was amazing at making sure my new car was the right one for me, without being pushy. She kept me informed the whole time from order to handover of when my car was due to arrive and sorted a swift turnaround from delivery to handover. She went through everything in detail at handover so I knew how everything worked. Would definitely recommend her to anyone buying a new MINI.

Sandal and especially Fran Wood were absolutely brilliant. We were given a really long test drive, and Fran was super helpful talking us through all the options and dealing with the buying process. We never felt any pressure and the whole process was friendly and professional. Our children were with us when we ordered and when we picked the car up the dealership had bought them little gifts which was really nice.
