After having our second baby back in March, we needed a car that was bigger than our previous one. We decided whilst out and about as a family to have a look at some different cars. We arrived at BMW sandal (Huddersfield) to be greeted by the warmest of welcomes, the lady who greeted us (sorry Iv forgotten her name) was lovely, she made such a fuss over our 2 year old and our 1 month old baby. Great customer service and ease of sale. Made everything very simple and efficient would recommend to buy here again. The finance Manager Gary was a lovely person to deal with and explained the process v clearly and ensured that everything went smoothly before sale and including after sale as i needed documents he was still around to help
Great experience. I bought a 5 series recently and looked after by Mia and the team who did a great job and service.
Just picked up our new X3 which we love. Mia was our main point of contact from first visit, for test drives, ordering, keeping us upto date through production & then collection. Mia was superb throughout. Very professional & patient with fabulous customer service. On collection she made sure the car was 100% & every aspect was thoroughly explained. Couldn’t recommend Mia high enough. When she wasn’t in both Josh & Gary provided great customer service as well. Thank you all.
Our second purchase from Sandal Huddersfield has been an great experience just like the last time thanks to Mia Kelly. Mia is excellent to deal with. Very efficient and helpful , I couldn't recommend her more. We will certainly be back again.
