I have just taken delivery of a beautiful X1 from Mia Kelly at Sandal Motors in Huddersfield. I and delighted with my car, my first ever BMW and equally delighted by the whole experience given by Mia and Gary. Fabulous dealership, I bought a 420i without being sold it. Mia was absolutely lovely and very helpful, her knowledge was great and she helped set up the car and the app. I had two test drives on the day as they wanted to make sure I was happy. I WAS. My only issue is that when I change oit I hope Mia is still there she was a pleasure to deal with, Thank you Mia x
I had such a positive experience with Mia when I bought my car. She had the balance just right, nothing was too much trouble but there were no pushy sales techniques. She was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealers I spoke to during the process. Highly recommend.
