I placed an order on a Sunday for an arrangement to be delivered the following day for a funeral. They are closed on Sundays, but they were still kind enough to call and notify me that the item I ordered was out of season and ask what I'd like in place of that item. They were so sweet and their customer service in making it right was so appreciated. Most places would have canceled the order and gone on about their day. Thank you to this shop for being so accommodating. Highly recommend.
