RecommendedI usually go to the Manhattan Beach location but I've given this location a try twice. Hermosa Beach is a lot larger and they seem to be busier. I noticed both times I got my nails done here a nail chipped within the first 24-48 hours. I just went back and they were kind enough to fix it which I really do appreciate. I don’t recommend getting the chrome finish. It’s extra and I had 3 nails have the finish chip in just 3 days. It’s not worth the extra money unless it’s done correctly. Stopped in on Sunday and the staff was attentive and welcoming to a couple of walk ins. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
I highly recommend this spa, customer service is impeccable, super clean and I love the fact they make your visit unforgettable , offering beverages, wine, champagne e etc.
I love Annie at Polish for my hair and nails. She is amazing I have gone to her over the last 10 years!! Place is so clean and pretty. They make you feel right at home and beverages to relax. All tools are opened out of package and have no worries when there. 10++
I absolutely Love this Place!! It is super clean, friendly, amazing, and I will be back! Its my new SPOT!!! Love the Owners Gretchen and Megan!!
