NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! Horrible (non-existent) customer service. The owner and workers here need to learn about customer service, especially since they are in the service business! We received a call 7 minutes after our massage time and were told instead of rushing over, they could reschedule us for the following day so we "can enjoy the full massage".
