This was a really nice and great place to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. we had early check out of this other place that we stayed at that was close by, we really didn't like this other place do to it being old run down and outdated they also had hard and very uncomfortable furniture and bed. Hoping to save our vacation, last minute we booked a few night's stay at Sea and Sand. Directly located to promenade and beach.
This location is more than perfect! The views were amazing, the condo layout was perfect for 3 people, and the office was incredibly valuable for answering questions and providing assistance when needed. The condo was squeaky clean and provided all the essentials needed for our stay. The promenade that runs in front of the building was awesome, providing an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The location was also perfect for exploring the areas around Seaside.
The team at CASCADIA is fabulous!!! We ended up with some personal issues on our end during our planned weekend stay in Seaside and the CASCADIA TEAM worked tirelessly to help us no matter how often we bothered them. We highly recommend these KIND AND HONEST PROFESSIONALS, they went above and beyond to help us, sincere thanks to them!!
Right in the beach. Pretty busy when we went (late Sept.), but the rooms are well insulated so noise wasn't much of an issue. They were remodeling/working on the unit next to us, but we weren't in the room much while they were working so it was fine. Our room had a limited beach view.
