Horrible experience!! Let’s start with Alex giving me an estimate and wanting my landscaping bricks for free and refused to take something off the bill. Second after I hired sand river to do the job anyway they sent the newest employee they had that didn’t have a clue what he was doing after me spending $4,000. Trees not lined up, some leaning forward and backwards. They can’t even make a straight line for the flower bed. Even the spacing between the trees was bad as you can see in the pics. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everyone at Sand River has been excellent. Great communication, availability, and pricing. They offered a detailed estimate which was priced lower than the competition and the job was completed meticulously. As with any job, I had a few concerns and they addressed them promptly. I will assuredly hire them for more jobs in the future. True professionals.
