People were breaking into cars mine happen to be one of them must couldn’t find what they were looking for. A shooting happen to close to my apartment so i decided i would look into staying somewhere else and ended my lease my toddlers have a hard time sleeping since then so i needed a change of scenery. You'd think this would be a better apartment complex based on the looks. It's not. Just like every other apartment complex, has shitty maintenance that will say they'll fix something and never return. Can never get ahold of anyone in that office and GOD FORBID you ask them something about their job if you do. Incapable of answering simple questions or sending an email. Seriously. I’ve lived at Sand Ridge Apartments for over 3 years now. Marcy is by far the best property manager, she is always super helpful and informative. If you’re looking for a pet-friendly, affordable place to live in a great location, I would highly recommend checking out Sand Ridge.
My wife and I were looking for apartments around Wilmington for my daughter. Shelby was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and made us feel right at home.
