I cannot imagine the car-search process for my twin sons without Jon’s help. He was able to find us the exact two cars we were looking for within the timeframe we needed them, and gave me incredible peace of mind to make sure they were safe and reliable. My son was in an accident (he's fine, and he wasn't at fault) and our old Honda Civic got totaled. A friend suggested we work with Jon on a replacement car, and I'm super glad we did. Jon was super knowledgeable and helpful, and he found a great deal for a us on a car that was honestly much nicer than what we thought we could afford. I can also share that our previous car purchase about 18 months before was with Carvana, and that they did OK but going forward I would much rather work with Jon. Highly recommend!
I can’t recommend Jon enough. He’s provides great communication and customer service, and is incredibly knowledgeable. He helped me find a Tahoe that had a rare combination of packages (had to find it out of state) and made the buying process so very easy. He handled everything and was always professional. In the end, I not only saved on the cost of the vehicle, but also an enormous amount of time.
My experience at Sand Point Auto Brokers was excellent. Jon was straight forward and answered all of the questions I had. I came in on a Sunday to test drive the Lexus I saw online.
