The prices are fair, and the staff is friendly, turn around time is about a week. however when I came to pick up my item it had a blue marker stain on it which looked like someone had tried to rub out with a bleach solution. Mind you I brought in a brand new item there was no stain before I brought it in. When I asked about the stain they seemed clueless and said I should try and get it out at home. I wasn’t going to make a scene as it looks like they weren't going to own up to it. I will be going somewhere else from now on.
Great customer service, best experience. I have had my kids uniforms lost at USPS and a gentleman from the store took an extra step to deliver the same exact order to my place within 35 mins while the mistake was not from the store it was from usps! Thanks Sand Oak, that’s the reason why we are your customers for 4 years now!

I order for my son a uniforms for his school as his school recommended before almost 2 months and it's not all the pieces ready .. I don't recommend them at all ...very bad management and costumer service. They didn't arrange the correct size . The quality of the uniforms is not good . I don't receive any remind emails that the uniforms are ready.
