Another superb experience at Sand Mountain Toyota’s service department. I found a nail in my tire on Sunday evening. Because I had a long road trip planned for Monday, I knew I had to get the tire fixed before getting on the freeway. I went to Sand Mountain Toyota first thing Monday. Bobbie Harrison took my car and had the problem completely resolved within 30 minutes. She’s always courteous and efficient. A big thank you to the team for providing me peace of mind for a safe and hassle-free trip!

Very unprofessional and showed no interest when it came to the showing of specific cars and giving information on those vehicles. I would have gave zero stars but that wasn’t one of the options. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
