I love going here I wouldn't go to another doctor no where else for any reason!! �������� I highly recommend going there...
Dr. Lachman is wonderful. However the office staff is very unprofessional. Dr Lachman gave me labs to have done and didn't input the diagnostic codes and therefore I couldn't have the labs done until I received the codes. I stopped by the office to try and have the situation fixed and the lady behind the window was very condescending, hateful and rude. She refused to help me at all and was very negative. I don't think a psychiatrist office should have someone like this working there because it's not good for the patients.
I went to my appointment last week at this office and it was very clear professionalism is not a priority when it comes to the staff. They refused to charge me my behavioral health co pay and instead charged me the specialist co pay on my insurance card. The lady at the window said, “I always charge people the specialist co pay, that’s the way I do it!” If you have seen behavioral health doctor in the past you know that the co pay for this type of doctor is different from a regular specialist.
