Worst customer service ever! You call in power outage you go through all this automated stuff and when they are thru talking it hangs up. And our power goes off on average of once if not twice a month... I would love to move but cant!!!!!
The rudest customer service people I have ever had the misfortune to have to speak to work at this place. They are hateful, condescending, unhelpful, and have the worst attitudes. They stretch the truth and will not even contemplate that something they say isn't accurate. They just continue to talk to you like you're too stupid to breathe the same air as them until you just give up. The company as a whole charge outrageous prices with increases whenever they feel like it and we just have to pay it because we have no choice.
Doubled my usage since Dec. I heat with wood, no furnace. Add insult to injury, the power goes out about once a month due to a bad substation in Grove Oak. Wish we had another option for power instead of this co-op monopoly.
Been out of power for 10 hrs they can't tell me when it's going to get fixes cold as heck lazy ppl
