I rented a condo at Pirates Bay. The unit was clean.we only slept and showered there. Didn't cook or make any mess, but Sandkey charges a damage waiver for 60.00 and it isn't refunable even if no damage is reported. I wonder if this is even legal. Wonder what the BBB would say. Needless to say I will never rent through Sandkey again.
Great value on my modest rental and coming back again next year with a more upscale winter Texan rental. Fact service on the few small problems, even on a weekend. Very clean. Loved the place we stayed. Helpful staff.
We had a excellent experience with this company. They were extremely responsive, kind and our rental house was perfect! I would use this company again with no problem. I recommend!

We rented at 627 Palimino Dr Port Aransas 7/25-7/27/25, very BAD experience. We encountered major issues during our stay. There were huge cockroaches crawling around outside on driveway area, we had to kill 2 ourselves. While we were outside having a BBQ with family we see this humungous RAT, about 6 inches long crawling on fence went into the palm tree probably had more little ones there.
