Do not and I mean do not rent from Happy While! This woman will not respond if u cancel. I am out 500 dollars cause I accidentally booked to places at the same time. I begged the host back in April to cancel my reservation, no response. Air b&b has tried to help but this woman will not budge!!!! Now since the cancellation policy stated other wise. She had enough to cancel and re rent it. What a horrible company and host. I wouldn’t give them 1 star, buts the only choice I have. I’m contacting the BBB.
Inconsiderate. Rented us a room right next to the office where construction was being done 11 hours a day, all 5 days. Construction materials in front of our door and parking. Asked Sand Key to stop by, never came by and would not help in any way. Don’t trust them.
We stayed in Padre at Pirates Crossing. It was everything I'd hoped it would be. The staff were friendly and helpful even though we arrived late. I highly recommend and we will be back.
i wish i could leave no stars but i would think twice about renting from here, my girl friends and i planned a girls trip did our research and booked a home months in advance just for the company to “ switch management “ and now are no longer able to allow us to rent the beautiful Airbnb we picked, instead they gave us the option of some Rinky dink, trashy looking cabanas as well as a hotel when we originally booked a house. i don’t even understand how a house equates to cabanas and a hotel, PLUS they were also all 1 Bedroom... read more
It’s very unfortunate that me and my friends spent time and effort into looking for the perfect house to stay in for our girls trip just for the company to cancel our reservation because they ‘unexpectedly switched management’. The women I spoke with said it was a last minute thing which if it was that’s fine but that’s so unprofessional on the managements part to do something like this!
