Your add on the internet says $289 for a small one person ATV. When I got here they do not have that ATV anymore. MISLEADING advertising. I should have been upgraded. Staff was not helpful and had no solutions. Will not come back.

Update: I see the response from the owner and received an e-mail today (4/4/25) regarding the refund. You can see from the screenshot below that the refund was processed today (4/4/25), not on March 27th--which is why I've not seen it nor received any sort of response to inquiries.
Awesome ride with Ethan! The right trails. The right amount of stops at really neat places! Ethan recommended visiting Zion NP so we did that too! Great day! We will be visiting Sand Hollow rentals again.
