I ordered 5 yards of driveway gravel. I scheduled the order to arrive on Thursday Aug 27th from 8-12 est. at 11:56 no one had called or showed up and so I called the gravel shop.com where I place the order. I spoke to customer service who advised they were going to get a hold of the Dispatcher and let me know two hours later I still had not heard so I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor a female supervisor then called me back and told me they’ve been “trying to call the supplier all day, but have gotten no respons... read more

Ordered on Saturday for delivery on Tuesday morning. They didn't even call to let me know my delivery was missed for that day. Rescheduled for Thursday morning and still can't get an ETA for my delivery.

They are affiliated with Gravel Shop. They only delivered one of two loads of fill. They will not correct the issue. Do not use them they do not stand behind their word.
