We have stayed at the Sand Dunes for past 8 years or so. We have had very little problems with the Dunes. This time it was awful, rooms were not clean hair in drawers, sand in the beds, sand all in the floors. Paint peeling off doors, fire alarms pulled out hanging by wires. Door handle on sliding glass door broke. Lounge chairs son balcony screws fell out, I am handicapped and about fell! Then the nastiest part roaches in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, you name there was roaches. This is our last stay with Sand Dunes!!!
