This place is a rip off as far as rental management goes. They are literally scamming people for application fees! My daughter is going off to college so she is looking for an apartment. She has a roommate to split everything but they still interested for running both of their incomes separately meaning they both have to make enough to pay for everything as they lived alone. Where do I begin! My husband and I lived in one of the Sand Dollar units for about two years, and I must say the management is very honest. Whenever I needed anything fixed—which was rare—they were there the same day or the following day, and the problem was solved. The apartment was handed to us in very clean condition, freshly painted and all, so we made sure to return it the same way. We never had any issues—not even one. I want to take a moment to share my experience with this real estate company and the agent who assisted me, Richard H. Zwick. I was told that as long as my credit score was at least 600, I would qualify for the home in Deltona, Florida. Based on that information, I paid two $10 processing fees and a $75 application fee.
