I want to take a moment to share my experience with this real estate company and the agent who assisted me, Richard H. Zwick. I was told that as long as my credit score was at least 600, I would qualify for the home in Deltona, Florida. Based on that information, I paid two $10 processing fees and a $75 application fee. Was clear with income and background. Rent paid for 14 years, never late. House on market for 108 days. In Deltona? Management was horrible and kept our applicant fees x 3. No effort on them. Scam company at best.
