There were some delays do to weather which is out of anyone’s control but once the rain passed they knocked it out quickly and efficiently. Elliot truly took the time to help me pick out the new tiles and help me decide on the type of plaster I wanted, which was great because I was feeling overwhelmed with all my choices. Sand dollar has come to my house to regularly clean my pool. I am more than pleased with the work that they do. I've never had an issue or had to bring up anything that was missed. We hired Sand Dollar to replaster our pool. Elliot gave us an estimate and drew up a contract. It took them several weeks to begin the work due to rain showers and several different excuses. They got stuck in the mud; couldn’t get ahold of their crew,; their machine broke, to name a few. My husband noticed that they did not acid wash our pool as stated in the contract. We originally told your husband it would be 1-2 weeks before we would be able to get started and y’all had no issue with that. We try to be as transparent as possible to set the customers expectations so they know what to expect. Your pool was not acid washed because the pool had to be completely stripped of its old plaster since it was painted. The acid wash is needed if the old plaster is still in the pool.
