This is the best rental company on the peninsula! From booking, being given a discount, to checking in to the cleanest place we have ever stayed, we had the very best spring break imaginable…. Our expectations were completely blown out of the water! These people do it right!

Booked a property at listed price , which was confirmed by them. Then 24- 48 hours later was contacted saying they had made a mistake and the listed price was incorrect and they wanted us to either cancel, pay over 400 dollars more a night or move to a lesser property at a higher rate. All of this could have been avoided by them not confirming the reservation or owning their mistake and learning from it. Sand Dollar Beach Vacations left a sour taste in my mouth due to their questionable pricing practices. Despite confirming a reservation, the company reneged on the agreed-upon price, attributing it to a mistake on their part. Their subsequent offer of lesser properties at a surcharge to resolve the issue only added insult to injury.

My mom and dad planned this cool beach vacation using Sand Dollar Beach Vacations. But then, they said there was a mistake and wanted more money. I didn't understand why they couldn't keep their promise. It made me feel really sad about our family trip.
