We here at Sand Creek Mobile Home Park offer a quiet and peaceful community that includes a wide variety of amenities for seniors, (pool, hot tub, billiards room, laundromat, 12 hours a day 7 days a week security patrol etc), very friendly and knowledgeable management. We also offer very flexible and affordable housing for seniors that are on fixed low income budgets, prompt attention to the maintenance of all of our newly remodeled rental units.

I live here & so do my parents. Some people just have to remember it is a seniors park.
Under new ownership. New owners are very rude, they have cut off all programs and activities for seniors and handicap persons. They have stopped any maitnance needed to rental trailers and have let lanscape inside and outside the park go. The new manager and office staff are very rude to tenants and do not show any hope of trying to improve on any problems that are stacking up through out the entire Sandcreek property.

I only wish it were gate-access-only. The grounds are nice and clean. Residents keep their homes very.neat and in good repair. Streets are nice, sidewalks in excellent condition. Street lamps are working. Neighbors keep an eye out for each of other.
Good security and maintenance. I feel safe here.
