We have a large group of guys(8-12) that pheasant hunt opening week of non-resident. This place is relatively close to lots of public land and the private farm we hunt about 20 minutes away. We've rented it 3 years in a row now and it's always very clean, has plenty of room for all of us and our dogs, the kitchen is very big and has everything needed for a week of feeding a group of hungry hunters. This is a great lodge for large groups the the views are great the house is clean and the host is amazing, very helpful we had a guy leave some gear and she was able to get it mailed out quickly
